While I recognize the importance of this album many of the records are not what I like Joey for. “Ring The Alarm” however is a nice break from the smooth vibe of the album and gives listeners the aggression and hunger that I love Joey for. In honor of Yams day two of the Beast Coast’s finest connect to honor Yams. “Setup” finds Kirk changing the more bar heavy flow that Pro Era is known for in exchange for a more contemporary one. The song has Kirk and Ferg both using their voices in interesting ways as they rap in the migo flow over the trap instrumental.
