Joey’s new album is laced with multiple socially conscious and concept focused records that deal with the climate of our country. While I recognize the importance of this album many of the records are not what I like Joey for. “Ring The Alarm” however is a nice break from the smooth vibe of the album and gives listeners the aggression and hunger that I love Joey for. Im most excited to hear the contributions from Styles P, J. Cole, Meechy Darko and Schoolboy Q as well as 7 solo efforts on the album as well. April 7th cant come soon enough.
