Carti+Uzi=Auto-smash
We should all be aware of Carti and Uzi’s collab album 16*29 dropping this year especially after the fantastic single “Break Da Bank” that dropped during the end of last year. Today they continue the rollout with a slower paced banger titled “Bankroll”. Carti and Uzi have undeniable chemistry and it shows again here. Swoosh delivers a banger after his long hiatus
AWGE affiliate Swoosh has been M.I.A in terms of dropping solo music for months now as he took a long break after he dropped the very popular “Get Out My Face” record. He had plenty of online hype behind him and we will see if that is still true with the reception of this next record. I enjoy the song, pretty much any Cardo beat is guaranteed fire and Swoosh handles the instrumental with ease. Listen below.

Don’t sleep on Pierre’s skills in front of the mic
Pierre Bourne made one hell of a name for himself in 2017 as the producer behind multiple hits for the likes of Playboi Carti, and Tekashi 6IX9INE among many others. But his work as an artist should not be overlooked or dismissed. Pierre’s music is super melodic and feels like he has been perfecting the way he attacks the beats he makes for years. Even though he freestyles and uses lots of auto tune like many artists do today, you can tell that he takes more time thinking about how his vocals and the beat combine for a complete record. Others have recognized Pierre’s talent as a rapper as well as Drake had him open up for him on select dates of the Boy Meets World Tour.
