Wale just released, “Summer on Sunset” a project to hold his fans over until the commercial release S.H.I.N.E, due out later this year. Determined to blast the public opinion that his only forte is songs for women Folarin displays plenty of versatility while still delivering some of his iconic poetic odes. A clear standout for me is the track featuring harlem legend Cam’Ron.(my fav east coast rapper) Its a damn shame Killa hasn’t been called on by too many of the other leaders of this new age of rap. His presence is strong as ever and he doesn’t miss a beat on this soulful banger. Check it below
